Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen featuring newer appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, crock pot, air fryer, and more—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen dining area includes a high-top table with 4 chairs, perfect for gathering over breakfast or late-night snacks.

The main living room offers a relaxing space with a Queen-size sofa sleeper, a reclining chair, and a 65" Google Smart TV ready for all your favorite streaming apps. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. A second family room off the kitchen gives your group even more space to spread out and enjoy, featuring a large couch, two armchairs, and another 65" Google Smart TV—ideal for game day or movie night.

Downstairs, enjoy the spacious basement rec room complete with two couches, two large TVs, a bar area, board games, a microwave, and a second refrigerator. The lower-level bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

For fun and games, the garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with a ping-pong table and yard games. Please note that the garage is not available for vehicle parking.

Primary Bedroom (Main Level): Queen bed + closet

Second Bedroom (Main Level): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds + closet

Dog-Friendly!

We welcome one well-behaved dog (up to 65 lbs) with a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Please bring all needed dog items and crate your pup when unattended. Our yard is not fenced, so outdoor supervision is required. Pet waste must be picked up by the guest. Any damage beyond the pet fee may result in an additional charge.

Important Note:

This home is intended for peaceful family vacations or small group getaways—no parties allowed. You must be 25+ to rent. Please be respectful of our home, neighbors, and community guidelines

ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, hand and dishwasher soap (starter supply), fire pit, propane grill. Paper towel and toilet paper (starter supply).

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach / recreational towels, bodywash and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with). It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.

IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.

Gas Fireplace in Family Room.

There is a gas fireplace located in the family room of the house. Guests are not allowed to use this fireplace as it is not covered by insurance. Please do not attempt to use. 

SHED 

The Shed located on the property in the backyard is not included in the guest rental and will be locked off.
