 The check in and check out time is the same for all our properties. Guests can check in at 3:00PM. Check out time is at 10:00AM.  

 Yes, We provide bed linens, 1 set of bath towels (1 towel & 1 wash cloth) per person, and kitchen towels.

*We do NOT supply beach towels or towels to use on ATV and other recreational vehicles*

 All of our properties are privately owned so it is the owners’ decision if the home will have wi-fi. Wi-fi signal strength varies by location. Wi-fi will be listed as an amenity in the property description if it is available. QR codes are posted in the property for easy access to connect.

 You will receive your check-in instruction via email 5 days prior to your arrival. The instructions will include information specific to the vacation rental you will be staying in. Door lock code to enter the home will be sent the morning of check in around 8-9am. If you book your reservation through Vrbo or Airbnb, you will also receive your check-in instructions in your booking platform. 

 We have contactless check-in and check-out at all our properties. Five days prior to your arrival you will receive the check-in instructions specific to your vacation rental. Door lock code is messaged to you the morning of check-in around 9am. This door code is only good for the duration of your stay.

Most of our properties allow at least 1 dog. 

We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog. We do charge a 125$ non refundable pet fee per stay.

We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog:

*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;

*Chew things other than bones;

*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;

*Use the house as a bathroom.

Please bring all needed dog items with you, we allow up to one 65 lbs dog. We ask that your dog be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not. Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners.

Check the property you book for additional details if 2 dogs are allowed, or contact the hosts. Additional fees may be applied for extra dogs. 

 Our vacation properties are located in quiet communities; therefore, we cannot accommodate weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. 

Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. This is strictly a non-smoking building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and garage. Violators will be charged $500 to the card on file for your stay.

Guest may cancel their reservation at least thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, and receive a full 100% refund of the Reservation paid at time of booking. If Guest cancels the reservation between thirty (30) days and fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date, 50% of the Reservation total paid at time of booking will be refunded. Cancellations after fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on our properties and surrounding areas, including on or near the street. Violators will be charged $500 to the card on file for your stay. Violators will also be subject to a fine and arrest. The neighbors will call the sheriff if any fireworks are heard or seen.

Waterfront: Warning! No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Use caution when jumping off docks and look for rocks before you jump. Adults must be present with children at all times. 

Hot Tub: Use cation on steps getting in and out of the tub. Swim at your own risk, and adults must be present with kids at all times.
